DEPUTY DIRECTOR: MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT REF NO: FSPT 004/26 (X2 POSTS)

SALARY : R896 436 per annum (Level 11), (an all-inclusive profits package), (This all-
inclusive bendy remuneration bundle consists of a simple salary, the
Government’s contribution to the Government Employees Pension Fund and a
flexible portion, which may additionally be structured in phrases of the guidelines for the structuring
of the bendy element and which may also encompass a thirteenth cheque, motor auto
allowance, housing allowance and clinical useful resource assistance).
CENTRE : Bloemfontein

REQUIREMENTS : A applicable diploma or equal qualification in Engineering/Built
environment/Quantity Surveying with a minimal of 5 (5) years’ journey
in a junior administration position/Assistant Director stage in monitoring of
infrastructure projects/programmes. Extensive information and perception
of public provider insurance policies and procedures. Knowledge of the Infrastructure
Delivery Management System (IDMS), water & sanitation projects, Municipal
Finance Management Act (MFMA), Treasury Regulations, monetary
management and mission management. Working know-how of the functioning
of National/Provincial as properly as nearby sphere of Government. Must possess the
following skills: properly interpersonal, organizing, planning and analytical skills.
Computer literacy. Valid driver’s license.

DUTIES : Support municipal infrastructure overall performance management. Monitor municipal
infrastructure monetary management. Provide education on infrastructure
planning portfolio management. Provide coaching on infrastructure
projects/programmes. Support infrastructure capability constructing initiatives.
